Is walking active recovery for legs ?

i did squats yesterday, 5x5

walk around all day, play some basketball a few times

blood always pumping to the legs, they get used a ton, so do they recover real quick?

i want to squat again fri or sat , thats all :D

im just thinking that because of the use/abuse legs go through you should be able to squat much more often than you can bench/dead, seeing how the legs get a lot more bloodflow naturally
 
I dont believe in active recovery. If you're legs are worked out and sore, rest--get off them :)

A massage or hot bath would be about as active as I would get; blood flow is what you want.
