Hi everyone,
My gains have slowed down on the last couple weeks of my first aas cycle.I started with dbol40 mg ed 6 weeks and qv test e at 500mg for 10 weeks.I'm on week 10 now and i'm working in two top sets of 3 followed with 2 back down sets of higher reps on bench press and military.
My diet is in order as are all my other components.Do any of you guys work in reps this low while on?Am i wasting the benefits of gear this way?I'ts the only way i can still add 3-5 pounds consitently.Thoughts?
