I drink a couple of protein shakes a day to up my total protein daily but I do like tuna and everyone seems to eat it. If I eat a can or two of tuna a day will I notice anyhting worth it? I'm growing as is but I'd like to speed up the process. I'm 26, 220 at about 16% but pretty hard all arround. My only lard is in the love handles. I'm currently at about 2000 calories/Day and leaning out. Thanks for the help!!
