Is too much oatmeal bad for you?

I eat 50g of oatmeal 5 times a day. It's pretty much my only source of carbs. I take simple carbs after workout only. I think I prefer it this way because it gives me constant energy to last through the entire day. I don't have ups and downs. I've been doing this for the last 2 months.

I'm planning to do this for a long time. Do you guys think this is too much oatmeal?
 
I think too much of anything is bad for you. Even too much much of something good is bad for you, ie water. If you have to ask if its too much maybe it is. Then again everyone is different and if you are getting the desired effect from it, continue as you are. At least it isn't fried chicken or some greasy shit that'll make you keel over during a brisk walk.
