When I start taking creatine I get dehydrated a lot quicker like I'd expect. Though, after a couple of weeks of taking it, it seems that the water I drink is going straight to my bladder because I urinate much more and I'm still left dehydrated. I then stop using it and, lo and behold, I no longer have to get up 5 times at night to take a piss and drink more water.
So is this normal considered normal?
