Is this true for you?? Article

hehe, i'm around that age, did it to get bigger and stronger, so part of it was about weight lifting, part about looking good. now goals have changed to bodybuilding and health.

There it goes again "steriod abuse" . How can you abuse something thats good for you!! Yeah I fit the criteria to a certain extent. Small weak boy, now big strong man LOL

haha well put jagerbombme some arent too bad for u but it kills everything that is proven good and will help you about steroids because the media will freak every time a high school student or pro athlete is taking massive doses and freaks out and hurts some one else and then it makes us look bad

In many ways, steroid use today is similar to lifting weights 50 years ago. Back then, it was more the "little" guys who started lifting. Why would a big guy need to lift weights? So naturally, that need to compenstate would carry over to the use of anything that'll give an advantage.

I'm not surprised that most users do it for cosmetic reasons. That was another thing that seemed strange to the public way back when. "Why do you need muscles?!" "And isn't lifting weights dangerous?!" Today, the general public is still confused. They don't see the appeal of steroids because they don't know any better.
