Is this too many supps

You're only 22 and in good health, why are you taking the Fish oil and Flax oil and Garlic and CoQ10 in addition to the vit. E?

Granted, out of all that you're taking I'm focusing on the least impactful since they're the closest to natural foods. I'm just trying to learn actually.

My take, I'm not a big fan of single vitamin supplements, esp. oil based, so I'd drop the vit. E entirely, you're already taking a multi. I don't know of any good reason for someone under 30 to take CoQ but I'm always willing to learn. I wouldn't overdo the oils (it's surprisingly easy to develop intolerance to fish oil and to throw your lipid profile too far out of balance) and garlic can be a potentent anticoagulant (not to mention the fact that even the best odor free usually does give you some garlic breath, you just don't smell it) so don't take more than what the manufacturer recommends.

Thats about how much Im taking at the moment. Though I also wont stay on all that year round. After a while I drop almost all of it for a bit and then start again.

Big Blast

Stats: 22 y/o, 5'10", 193lbs

If you use BIG BLAST, you don't need creatine or Arginine AKG.

If you use DX7 you don/t need CoQ10.

Fish oil isn't mandatory but it's fine.

Cranberry juice is fine -- not really a "supplement."

You're good.

I dont see anything wrong with it.

Same here. I'm in a "no supp" month right now. Just a multi and protein. Next month...that'll be different.
