Is this to much?

24 years old, 6 foot, 178lbs, about 14% bodyfat

Cutting cycle. 4 weeks in. lost just over 4kg, first 2kg water/bloating

Started monday Testosterone enanthate at 500mg per week and
Oral winstrol at 40mg per day. on an 8 week course.

Just going to start THERMOREXIN (next monday),
Already using YES once a day, 40 minute before training.

Also 2x 600mg of green tea

My training is
Monday: Legs + 20 minutes moderate cardio
Tuesday:Morning cardio 45 minutes moderate pace
Weds:Shoulders + abs + 20 minutes moderate cardio
Thursday:Morning cardio 45 minutes moderate pace
Friday: Back + biceps + abs + 20 minutes moderate cardio
Saturday:Morning cardio 45 minutes moderate pace OR REST
Sunday: Chest + triceps + abs + 20 minutes moderate cardio

Eating 6/7 meals per day about 2000 calories. 250g protein, 100g carbs, 85g fats.

Am i taking to much?
and how much should i expect to lose per week?

I'm feeling ok with my training, generally tired, wanting to sleep alot. Since i started the Test + win i have become very hungry, is this normal?

Any advice etc would be great. Cheers
 
I'm personally not a huge fan of doing cardio every day. I think the body needs at least one day a week just to relax. I need a rest day as much for mental purposes as well as physical. But, I'm not the best person to ask about cardio. My high metabolism tends to let me cheat a bit.

As for your hunger, you're burning everything up so of course your body is going to want more cals. Taking something to curb the appetite will help that out.

I don't see anti-Es, you need to add some arimidex or letrozole to that cycle.

Your diet ratios look good, but your calories and your macros don't add up. 250g protein = 1000 cal, 100g carbs = 400cal, 85 g fat = 765 cal, that's 2165 - with a BMR - 10% deficit, you should be around 1900-1950, so you're about 200cal +/- over.
 
Cheers guys, i have got some arimidex coming friday, should i take one drop every day, what time of the day is best?

Your right about the calories, it varies, from 1800-2100 depending on what time i get up etc, then on sat up to 2400, sunday 2200. then back down again. does this seem ok.

I'm eating a lot of veg, salad, porridge for breakfast (small porition) glucose postworkout. the rest is tuna/chicken/ protein shakes/ peanut butter/flax seed oil

Yeah get yourself some of the AIFM it is great stuff.

Ulter I still have leftovers from the "We need guinea pigs" time. Does this stuff have a shelf life? There has to be some degradiation over time, but to what extent I could not venture a guess. You got any info/ideas?

Whilst at the same time taking the oral winstrol and arimidex. plus the YES, caffine, green tea.

I have not really herd of this, good idea or not?
Is taking Testosterone-Enanthate going to effect my fat lose ability?

I will probably give it a shot once I'm out of Arimidex and Letro.

Cheers mate, does anyone have an opinion on the Test one week, sus the next, or should i go all 8 weeks with the Testosterone-Enanthate?
Maybe even 2 injections a week, one test 500mg then mid week one sus 500mg or is that to much for cutting?
