test causes severe shutdown. gotta run hcg for a soft landing.. its available, take advantage of it.

if anyone needs a good PCT put together just shoot me a PM with your stats, what you took, when you took them, dosages, what you tried for PCT. as much info as possible.

i am currently helping about half a dozen people who ran subpar PCT's and now need help. but please give me all that info and be HONEST, it will save everyone time.

drop the exem now ..its not needed...an ai is never needed unless you run into issues

Agreed -- which is why I'm against using nolvadex.
