I have been slowly upping my Lipo/Amp stack over the last week. I lift for about 1.5 hours 4 days a week and then do cardio for 20 minutes. I started with half both, adding a few each time. Nice feeling but it seems like it takes longer for it to kick in for me (1-1.5 hours). well as of today i am at full dose, both at the same time. Anyone else doing this? thanks
