First off i 6 foot 240lbs football player/powerlifter. Age= 17
For post workout I have:3 scoops of 100% whey
15 tsp of dextrose (60g of carbs)
3/4 cup of maltodextrin (70g of carbs)
Ive heard 5 carbs for every 10 lbs 50% from dextrose and 50% from maltodextrin.
I had my post workout shake a could not belive how sweet it was if this is right how can i make it less sweet?
Goals= bulking
