Is this Reasonably sensible : ?

I have finally got my gear and plan to start first cycle.
I am 5'6 132 LB 15% BF ( Lean, some definition , hard muscle )
Have been Training naturaly for 9 months.

My objective is to add LBM and lower BF without loosing weight. I am
looking for keepable gains.

So here's my cutting (and hopefully a bit of mass ) Cycle:

Week 1-8 : 20mg Anavar Morning and Evening 60 clen 1-1-1
Weeks : 2&3 , 6&7 add 100mg Benadryl
Week 5,6,7,8 : Add Winstrol 20mg Morning and Night; Proviron 25mg
Morning and Night.

Liver values check at week 3 and 6.

Do I need clomid or HGC at the end ? Its a mild cycle as far as I can see.

Should I taper down at the end and add a bigger stack in say weeks 6/7 ?

Or Am i just being dumb ? I have actually done a bit of research before
posting this.

Im pretty sure I've got the training about right, but what sort of calorific
excess should I run ? How well will this work with a high protein low calorie
diet.

Any advice greatly appreciated !

first of all what's your age?if you're below the age of 21 you don't need androgens your body is already naturally flooded with testosterone.
@132lbs you need to definitely gain weight BEFORE you attempt to cut,or you're going to dry up and blow away,bro.given your weight and training experience,NO YOUR PLAN ISN'T REASONABLE.
9 months of training isn't much imo,you need to get quite a few more in before even thinking about attempting gear
it appears as if you don't know too much about training or what your diet should be composed of .........

increase your caloric and protein intake substantially.your proteins should be increased to 2grams for every pound of weight you are which is 264grams a day.yeah I know that sounds like a lot of protein but you can get half of that in protein shake form,alone.lift heavy,with clean form........get and get plenty of rest.......and repeat.

That should be interesting. I don't know if you will make much of any muscle gains. I'm always curious about oral cycles. People are gonna chime in and say add test. Its not a bad idea at small dose. You could even experiment at a very small dose(like 100mgs-200mgs). I think it would be worth it to you. Will give you a good first cycle, with decent gains.
 
First, how old are you?

Second, some observations that I have (as I'm sure others will too)....

With only 9 months of training under your belt, I'm afraid you don't have a strong enough foundation to consider A A S at this point. You need to have a solid understanding of training, diet, and how your body responds to both - 9 months is not enough time to do that! Plus, you should push your body to its natural limits first before resorting to A A S, and you don't know yet how far you can go naturally. You have to put in the hard work and effort first and then rely on "supplementation" later.

That being said, that is a very mild cycle you have laid out. I doubt you'll see any substantial gains with var and winstrol, especially at lower dosages. Strength gains and some vascularity maybe... mass, not so much. You will get criticism I'm sure for considering an oral-only cycle. To each his own. With something that mild, you will likely not need any H C G either.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but my advice is to continue training naturally for a while longer... push yourself harder.... if you're looking to get bigger, EAT...then eat more.... find yourself a good training program.... you will undoubtedly grow.

What does Chairman of The Board mean anyway? I see it listed on your posts! Do you get that title for a lifetime membership or something like that?
 
Sorry Forgot the age 40. And how do you get to be chairman of the board ?
Be stupid , make money , spend it.

I came down from 35% BF to 15% BF in those nine months, I really worked and am working my balls off , but I have hit a plateau.
