I have finally got my gear and plan to start first cycle.
I am 5'6 132 LB 15% BF ( Lean, some definition , hard muscle )
Have been Training naturaly for 9 months.
My objective is to add LBM and lower BF without loosing weight. I am
looking for keepable gains.
So here's my cutting (and hopefully a bit of mass ) Cycle:
Week 1-8 : 20mg Anavar Morning and Evening 60 clen 1-1-1
Weeks : 2&3 , 6&7 add 100mg Benadryl
Week 5,6,7,8 : Add Winstrol 20mg Morning and Night; Proviron 25mg
Morning and Night.
Liver values check at week 3 and 6.
Do I need clomid or HGC at the end ? Its a mild cycle as far as I can see.
Should I taper down at the end and add a bigger stack in say weeks 6/7 ?
Or Am i just being dumb ? I have actually done a bit of research before
posting this.
Im pretty sure I've got the training about right, but what sort of calorific
excess should I run ? How well will this work with a high protein low calorie
diet.
Any advice greatly appreciated !
