Is this possible?

Ok this has been bothering me for a while now and I need some input. I just measured my arms today and they were a tad above 17 inches. I am 6'1'', 250 lbs and quite lean at 20 years old. I am going on my 4th week of fina, test enth, and eq and before I started I was about 218 or so. ( I did a low dosage of eq and deca for a month before switching to the fina and test so that is why my weight is up that much). Anyways everyone is telling me I am a monster, etc. but I feel my arms really haven't grown for the amount of mass I have gained. I train them once a week and hard but this just doesn't make sense to me. When I cut my carbs and start a cutting diet my arms seem to get smaller pretty quick and I just don't get this. I have great peaks in my arms it's just that I would think for my size that they should be bigger. Could this be genetics? I grow very easily everywhere else so perhaps my arms are my weak point as far as gaining size? I know I am rambling on here but it has been eating at me for some time, any advice?

Maybe swith your arm routine around. Or possably train arms twice a week. Just experiment till you find something that works.Everybodys different so your best bet is to just try to find what works for you.

Post your workout.

Just my 2 cents but I think intensity is key on bi's.

Arm Routine:
3-4 warm up sets
* I switch it up a bit avery week but this is one of them. Also all sets are between 6-10 reps usually around 6-8 though.
Barbell curls 3 sets
lying dumbell curls 3 sets
preacher curls 3 sets
* I than do 2 sets of just pumping as much blood as possible into the biceps to finish them off.

Triceps:
close grip bench 3 sets
Skull crushers 3 sets
Pushdowns or some sort of dumbell exercise for tri's 3 sets.

I definately feel that I am not overtraining, but should I perhaps do more because I feel that I could. Anyways that is it.

With my bis I get warmed up then I go as heavy as possible for five sets until failure. I do four exercises total, after the first exercise I up the reps and intensity and go 3 sets. What is your split? Do you work back close to bi's?
