It's extremely important for ectomorphs to stay on a consistent schedule. Eat, train, sleep, etc. all at the same time. I always have my guys get into their routine and then maintain it throughout their diet or bulk. It leads to consistent gains. The body gets into a pattern and it's easier to manipulate things that way.
I'm up to 220lbs now. But I haven't gained a pound more in over 3 weeks. Oh! And I got my T3 blood work back. And of course my metabolism is too high.
The ref. range is between 25-39 and mine is 52!
