ok i know sust is supposed to cause a little pain. i am using andropen 275 which is like sust. when i do the injections there is no pain. when i wake up the next day it feels a little sore and by that night it is really sore. this did happen to a lesser degree when i did a delt shot but i is a little worse in my glute. it feels kinda like the muscle is really sore. when i bend or stretch the muscle is when i feel it the most.

warm it up first, helps with soarness.. asides that, just heat packs and massages, you should get used to the pain also, well not used to it, but more berible...
