Anyone with a lot of experience with GH... I started realling working out about 2 1/2 years ago at 260 and probably 45%bf. Trading off losing and then cycling to put muscle back on, I got to about 218 and ~20% and hit a wall. I decided to try GH at low doses for 21 weeks to help me finish leaning out before I bulk again. I just finished my 3rd week, and I'm up to 231. I seem to be a little leaner maybe, and I knew it would help me gain some muscle while I got lean, but is this normal? My calories have still been below maint. and my workout routine hasn't changed. Should I expect this much of a weight gain so quickly with GH? I'm taking 18i.u./wk. 3.6i.u/day Mon-Fri, and then nothing on Sat. and Sun.
