Is this nolvadex? Please help!!!

It is in a pack of ten two rows of five. It is supposedly Russian 20mg nolvadex. On the back of the foil it has TAMOKCOEH written on it. After the C there is a backwards N and in the second O there is a capital I going through it. It says 20Mt and it also has TEVA written in bubble/box letters. Has anyone ever heard of nolvadex like this please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
