On my 8th Wk of 12 on
Sus 250mg Mon and Thurs
Deka 400mk/week
Ive been taking in a lot of cals a day...around 4-6000
And i take 3 protein shakes a day
In two weeks i gained 20lbs.....and i kno ppl will say it was water weight.... fine it was water weight, i still had ripped abs, well strength gains were moderate....then about week 6 and 7 the strength came in.....OH MY GOODNESS...Bench jumped up 70lbs in 7 weeks, and Squat(the man lift) went up 100 lbs.....I love Deca and Sus
