i believe your morning resting temperature should be your guide to how much t3 you should take. you want to get it as close to 98.6 without going over. if you go over you will enter the catabolic zone.

there have been many studies that say your resting temp is the best way to monitor your thyroid. although other things such as your adrenals could effect this. if your morning temp is under 97.6 though i would say there is something wrong with you. thyroid, adrenals, or something else.
