Is this method of taking T3 good?

i believe your morning resting temperature should be your guide to how much t3 you should take. you want to get it as close to 98.6 without going over. if you go over you will enter the catabolic zone.

take your morning resting temp.(before your feet hit the floor) this should be your guide.

there have been many studies that say your resting temp is the best way to monitor your thyroid. although other things such as your adrenals could effect this. if your morning temp is under 97.6 though i would say there is something wrong with you. thyroid, adrenals, or something else.

my whole life my temp was always high. now that im starting to get fat my morning temps are like 95.9-96.9

12.5 - 25 would be by far a better dose for a longer time. And you would get amazing results if you were lean and your diet was an actual descent diet. :) I have known many people to take T3, I myself never would, no reason to. :)

I do no cardio and I have a really bad natural metebolism, I used to be a 170lb fatbutt, it's all diet, T3 isn't needed unless your taking HGH and you use 12.5mcg or so to supplement the down regulation. If you are taking more, then you are making up for a bad diet. :)
 
agree my temp has been 95 to 96 as well and i am getting fat I started on armour thyroid and body temperature is rising slowly. DRs misdiagnosed me for 7 months and evenutally lead to fibromyalgia and being out of work for 2 months striaght. Oh well

Hmm, I still think that the good old pyramid up to 100mcg then back down for a total of 30 days or so for quick fat loss (For people who’s sole goal is to reduce high amounts of body fat) would be the best option. On the other hand if one was looking to incorporate T3 into an AS stack I suppose a low dosage for a longer amount of time would fit the bill better. Speaking from experience when I was at 25mcg’s I did not feel and body temperature increases (although I admit I did not watch it with a thermometer).
