Is this Gyno?

I just finished a long cycle of Test and EQ and 4 weeks after finishing I have a small lump about the size of a BB that is below my left nipple. Its really sore when I touch it. Is this gyno? What can i do about it if it is?

1 week into Clomid. Should I add some Letro or some Nolva? Kind of broke right now so can I just get away with one or the other?

I would add 20mg/d nolva

sounds like gyno....did you follow PCT after cycle. you need some nolva asap.
