10:00 3 eggs protein shake banana
1:00 BBQ chicken wrap with 1 slice of pizza and a ice tea
4:00 2 meso tech bars
7:00 protein shake
10;00 breaded haddock with roasted veggies and weighgainer
12:00 Protein shake before bed!
 
I think the meso tech bars are the only thing muscle tech makes that are good .... Those things taste so ill!! Are you bulking or cutting :confused:

....eat more...try to eat every 1-2 hours.dose not have to be a huge meal...eat 6 good meal a day like big ones...then the other ones can be normal if you cant take down more..
 
Whatever it is you are doing you need to add mucho calories and clean ones at that. get that protein up to 300gms
