Edit. Just noticed you were taking two different esters of testosterone. Points below still apply especially where diet is concerned. But that is a sufficiently large dose. Almost anyone could grow on that amount.
I think food intake is more important to compare with size then dosage. Dosage varies so much from person to person. Personally at your age you already have (most likely) testosterone levels that are high. The dose you are referring to is four times as high as the dose I take (prescribed) to maintain testosterone levels in high end of normal. Will you grow better at that dose? Yes. Diet is the key. Even without using gear you'd probably still grow eating better. You honestly don't weigh that much for your height.
