Is this dangerous? Please help before its to late

Im about to run a cycle of t3 and clen and we just started intense training in baseball. I wotn go past 50mcg of t3 and 160 of clen and ive ran clen several times. But will the heat and intense cardio/traing be safe with t3 and clen? Ill also be in the sun. Please help me out
 
I don't know about the t-3 but thats a lot of clen for being in the sun,

I would work up to it, don't just go do it, start out at 60, then 80 etc......

You will develop tolerances, is your bf% below 15%, because if it isn't I don't think you need t-3, clen for baseball.



Are they still using those aluminum bats?

I guarantee, God did not have that in mind when he invented baseball.
 
Yea we still use metals. The thing is im on scholarship for baseball and this is my last year. Honestly, im rready to stop playing ball and next year im going to transfer. Im honestly more into my physical self than i am in baseball but some how i keep it going. I planned on clen at 40, 40, 40,60, 60, 60, 80 ext. and t3 at 12.5 to 50 then back down. I just didnt no if t3 had any effect on eat and to much training.
 
Start very low @ 40mcg and then ramp it up. Clen + being out in the sun playing ball + intense cardio is not prudent IMHO.

Also:
Get some taurine and take 5g x times per day.
Get a good multi-vitamin (I recommend AnimalPak).

Clen effects a host of minerals and vitamins in the body. If you are looking to lose weight I would go with another combo - there are better stacks out there that will provide more benefits with fewer drawbacks.

how long can you stay on clen with t3? I was thinking about 3 but not sure

I would break at 14 days, then at least 7 off, before going on again.

But like I said, if your bf is not below 15%, your just tiring your body out for nothing.

Drop the t-3, clen is more managable.
