this is my second cycle the first one was different and i had some
problems with (bitch tits), it is gone completely now, but so are much
of my muscle. It was 11 month ago
I tried do do this cycle from what i read, and with the geno in mind .
I will much appreciate you opinion.

That cycle is kind of unconventional from an elite viewpoint.

You might see safer and better results this way:

week 1: 1mg of arimidex
week 2-11: 500mg Sustanon + 1mg of Arimidex
week 14: 100mg Clomid per day + .5mg arimidex
week 15: 50mg Clomid per day + .5mg arimidex
week 16: 50mg Clomid per day + .5mg arimidex
week 17: .25mg arimidex




You can get arimidex in the form of "liquidex" for a low cost.. do a search for it lots should turn up..
You're at a high risk for gyno if you don't run an anti-estrogen through your testosterone.. (e.g. arimidex).

If I were you, I would run arimidex AND tamoxifen through the entire cycle for extra safety. (tamox @ 20mg/day)

Sorry, I don't like it or really even understand exactly what you are trying to do.

If you have had gyno you need liquidex and nolvadex.

Andriol is a complete waste of money. It is very unstable and most of it will not be any good by the time it reaches the black market and the rest will be destoyed by the digestive track.

I would run test with deca and there is no need to taper.

You will also need clomid to come off your cycle.

I agree with nautica...I don't like it either..but i guess I am a straight forward 10-12 week, get the most you can and get off your gear and start recovery kind of a guy... And if u are prone to gyno..shit i would stay away from Deca in my opinion...different kind of gyno there, noval and arim may not even help from what i hear...

U may have other thoughts on this cycle that u forgot to voice, but what are u trying to do..bulk ??

Stay straightforward with your gear, no off a week, here there, up down..u are all over the place.

I would change it as follows, since you have the deca I assume.

week 1: 1000mg Sustanon + 400 deca + 1mg Arimidex
week 2-10: 500mg Sustanon + 400 deca + 0.5mg of Arimidex

that's 11 weeks on.

Post cycle recovery looks fine, except I like to hit the clomid at 300mg on day 1 post cycle then go 100mg, etc... as shown above. The 300mg jump starts LH production. Also hit the HCG at weeks 3, 6, 9, and 11... I like 1000IU per injection 2-3 times during those weeks. I don't like waiting til post cycle to try and get the boys up are running.
