Is this Correct? (for macro)

just got my amplify02 xt, purecee, and Pure MCC and am going to start usingthem today. If I understand this right I will be dosing like this?

45 min Pre-Workout:
10 caps of Amplify02
4 tabs of PureCEE
1 teaspoon of Pure MCC

I weigh 230lbs, 6' 3"........... :)
 
I take 1-2 serving of MCC about 3 hours Prewkout

and 12 caps of Amplify02 45 minutes Preworkout

INSANE pumps and endurance..........the best

you can swap the MCC for the CEE if you wish

I suggest you try both and see how you feel

the new version has a bit less Caffeine but more "pump" agents.......

try 12 on chest day and tell me how you feel lol
 
Less? This stuff will have you running around the gym like a mad man, lifting up cars and making your skin burst with the pumps.

that is an excessive amount of creatine compounds at once. Though cant say with certainty how much CEE is in amp-xt. looks to be 100mg or less/cap, probably less. So you can add creatine to it. so guessing that would be 700mg or less though might be as low as 350mg (given the ingredients prevalence and those used, would not guess that it would be lower-)

if you want to take all three, not reccomending just giving you a way to dose them reasonably, then would take 2-3 caps purecee and perhaps a 1/4tsp MCC prior to workout. would also reccomend 1 cap purecee post workout (though this is a matter of preference).

btw- you can dose them as you listed but it is an excessive amount of creatine and will likely cause more bloat than benefit. However some people like that...

cool macro, thx bro......i will try both my way and what you said and see how it goes.....i just didnt want to make myself sick, or waste any of the 3 products.

I will follow up on here after my workout today at 3pm.
 
ok, lifted an hour ago and had to wait for the pumps to go down in order type this and i aint shitting you.

i took 12 caps of Amplify02, 4 tabs of PureCEE, and 1 tsp of PureMCC as recommended by Omega and Macro.

Chest workout was great and triceps i had to stop after 3 supersets due to pump. very incredible stuff, all of it. Better than NOxplode IMO.

This was my first workout in over a month ue to mar car accident and it was great. At the end of my workout it looked like I never had a 30 day gap between workouts.

You guys are awesome, I rarely beielive in OTC stuff, but the Amplify02, PureCEE, and Pure MCC are truely great. Anyone not trying this yet, it works great.

I will be starting a cycle of Sus, Tren, Dbol within the next 2 weeks and will also be using the above at the same time and I can not wait to grow. I have AIFM on hand in case of alot of water from the sus and dbol.

Good news my friend, sounds like your back with a bang.

Remember everything we do, includes don’t hurt your self at the gym.


Come back hard and fast, just don’t let some injury knock you out for another 30 days.

I’m only 3 weeks into a Fina cycle and have had to take 3 days off this week because, of injuries in the gym.

Tendons, Ligaments and soft tissue doesn’t keep up with the muscle growth.

i hear ya bro. i am in physical therapy from my accident, but the PT said go back in the gym and just watch out for the lower back......so far so good! tomorrow is bi's and shoulders!

for the first time EVER I have to pay attention to warming up VERY thoroughly

I hate to admit it but they know what they are talking about,

And you nailed it, I have lower back pain, should have known better.

But the strength just felt so good,

Will Be doing a lot of stretching.
