2005 NPC Coastal USA bodybuilding Contest, there were 2 entrants in the teenage division. Jason Luster age 12 and Keith Kinnard age 19.
The 12 year old won with complete first place votes across the board. WTF?
If you are 19 and look so fucking bad a 12 year prepub adolscent whips you, you need to quit.
on a side note however, old friend of mine Chip Minton entered the show and won. However, he looked like shit. I remember back when he was really "in shape" and this guy had a set of legs that were second to none. Here is a funny story about Chip. They had try outs for American Gladiators one Saturday and a lot of people showed up. Including myself. There were four parts. (I made it to the third round before being passed over.) Chip didn't make it past the first round. Ok, we are talking about someone that had the highest vertical leap and quickest track time. But they pulled him to the side and told him that they didn't think he was atheletic enough to be considered for what they were looking for. At this point, he was probably 250 and 9% bodyfat. Basically what they meant was that they didn't want someone on the show that was going to look better and out perform their crop of gladiators. Pissed off, Chip left and went across town where they were having tryouts for the Olympic Bobsled team. Short story, but he made the team 2 times in a row. In the last Olympics, he was clowning on camera and finished his interview up with the classic Ric Flair "Whhhhhoooooooooo!!" shout. Little did he know that Flair himself was watching the interview in his NC home. Ric contacted Chip and got him in the PowerPlant when he returned to the States and Chip started wrestling as Mr. Olympic. He did a lot of work under a mask too. It was nice to see what happened to him because he fell off the radar when WCW closed down.
