I need to know if this is just a pulled muscle or a tear or something. Last night while doing benching I added too much weight to the bar and comming down i got this sharp pain in my pec, just below my left shoulder and diagnal to my armpit. It hurts even when doing a light amount of weight. Other than benching and other pushing exercises, i still have full range of motion of my arm in that area. I hope its just a pull. If it is, how long till i can start benching again???
