Is this a Good PCT? Help

Hi,

My Cycle was Test E 750mg / Week

And my last shot was last Monday for Test E 750mg

So now we are Thursday (week after). So its been 9 Days.

Is it time now to start PCT?

My PCT is this :

HCG + Nolva

(Screw the clomid that poison hurts my eyes and that poison also makes me look like a skinny loser for some reason not sure? makes my muscles look tiny)

Problem with HCG though, i got no idea how to prepare it?

It's 2 vials? 1 vial of powder and 1 vial of water. So what do i do? I fill up one vial in a syringe and release the water into that other vial until its full?

And then what? mix up the vial or what?

And you use Slin Syringes? But Slin syringes are measured like 1iu , 2iu 3iu 5iu. So how do you take 500iu of HCG?

Personally, I prefer a-dex over nolva.

Yes, slin pins for HCG.

How many iu is the amp of hCG?

You will want to take 1000iu EOD. (assuming that you have a 5000iu amp and you want to use it as efficiently as possible.)

For future reference, you should always use the hCG on cycle. Shoot 500iu every week during your next cycle. More info -

i would start your HCG NOW! get the boys ready for nolvadex..

HCG perperation:
take a syringe and suck the water out of the one vial and inject it into the powder vial.. you are prob going to do this a few times unless you have a 10ml syringe.. once all all the water is in with the powder.. DO NOT SHAKE IT.. SWIRL IT TO MIX IT. take an insuline needle and draw up 1cc and shoot it in your stomach area everyday for 10 days. I go about 2" off my belly button..

How many iu's of HCG do you have?
This is how I prepare HCG.
First I toss the water it comes w/ and use bac water instead.
I inject 1cc of bac into HCG vial, it should dissolve instantly, if not swirl to mix.
I withdraw solution and inject into a sterile vial.
I know have 5000iu/mL.
This is too high a concentration.
I will add 4 more cc's to the sterile vial, giving me 5000iu/5mL or 1000iu/ml.
I will inject 1/2mL equaling 500iu.
You can adjust the concentration depending on how much bac you add.
I use aslin pin in the delt for administration.
