Bro if you can drop that much BF before your first cycle, You'll be in fucking good shape, You just have to learn what works best for you, It's all trial and error.I find Cardio in the morning before you eat Sheds fat away....
Its cool, but Im starting to fear loseing hard earned size, all I want to do is drop bf% so I can start a hardcore cycle.
I know whatever you do you are going to lose some muscle while dieting and useing the likes of ECA and T3.
I have just come back into training after a year out due to a major injury. I trained for like 4/5 years before that and got some good results. I done two cycles last year and was like 30%bf Had the whole strong man look, wasent ideal but if I never had time out and would of done a good cutting cycle I would of had more than a good base.
Now im back im looking to drop bf% and cycle again.
But If any of you guys think that at 26% bf now I can cycle and still lose % then give me your ideas and cycles, Im all ear's.
The only reason why im opting to drop more bf% is beacuse I have read many post's stating that 15/20% is a good starting point for a cycle.
An eca or better yet T-Rex...will help your metabolism burn a few hundered more callories..and slightly prevent muscle loss. T-3 on the other hand is another story.
I would say Clen, Themorexin ( by AF store) combined with a great diet and moderate-light cardio should help you burn the fat at a good pace.
Diet in the end is #1. No shortcuts.
