ephedrine (bought at the drug store its in the drug bronkaid), caffene tabs, and low dose asprin. all of this can be bough at a drug store. the bronkaid has to be asked for at the pharmacy. it is all very cheap and very effective. more so than any complete eca i have ever used.

id run 1 bronkaid, 1 baby asprin, and i used a double shot of expresso as the caffene as soon as you get up. then 4-6 hours later (when you feel the effects wearing off take another bronkaid tab. so the total daily dose for the on time is 2 bronkaid tabs, 1 baby asprin, and whatever amounf of caffene works for you.
