Is this a good bulking diet?
6:30 - 3 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces whole wheat toast, 2 scoops Whey
10:30 - 4-5oz chicken breast, power bar, banana, water
4:00 - pre workout - banana, 2 scoops whey, water
5:30 - more chicken, vegetables, pasta, water
8:00 - 3oz chicken breast, 2 scoops whey, power bar
Any input on my diet would be great. Thanks.
