Well dude, you can't just go to the doctor and tell him your BP is high and you are only friggin 25 years of age that should not be on BP meds at that age. And how would it look if your parents saw that you get prescription for blood pressure, they will be like WTF?

Also, you cant just go to the doctor for these things, doctor aint brainless.

well getting novla from a doc is just a little different then getting BP meds. think about it. what is novla for outside of BB. What is your BP? you can find BP meds over the net but not sure if you know enough about what you are doing to just go out and buy BP meds. Diovan would not be the first med he would write for anyways. maybe HCTZ 25mg QD.

im on 80mg per day of diovan, that was the first thing Dr wrote for me and it works very well for me

I dint mean what I said to be an absolute. Yes MDs write other things as the see fit but for his age diovan may be too much and HCTZ is a mild BP med and all he needs. I would not rust him to do anything more than HCTZ w/o a MD script.

agreed. just in my case for example though mine are written by my Dr. i started on BP meds at what would be considered a young age and divon was the first thing i went on and have been ever since.

do you know why your BP is high? is it from gear? if it is, your doc will put you 0n something, I had trouble with my bp a couple of months ago, and it took my doc about a month to get the dosages and the combonation of meds right. I"m OK now, no problems, the meds are working great. It's best to jsut be honest with your doc to begin with.

I take Diovan for high bp and I'm 26. I think I first started it at 23.
