.... than going in for your workout and it's the first day you're "feeling it"???
I just got in from doing an upper body chest, shoulders, tris workout. I'm taking a winny only cycle (oh yeah... also 1-AD but just started that today so I'm not saying it contributed... i dont' think, at least). Oh, yeah.. also been doing Slin for about two weeks.
But, tonight I felt strong as f@%#!!! There is absolutely nothing better in the world than that 1st workout when you know you're starting to get the affects.
I usually don't do this, but went a good 1:15 in there on the weights and knocked off a good 20 mins of cardio afterwards.
It's even better than sex... okay, maybe not GREAT sex, but sex.
