about shampoo i would not be too aggressive one which clean away the dht such nizoral or nioxin etc.. and another that is gentle to your hair such as tricomin.

if you lose hair you are STRONGLY adviced not to rely on the shampoo and choose topical products such as spirnolactone, remox or xadnrox lotions and consider to take propecia

I mix nioxin with nizoral
and use topical minoxidil 5% before bed

I bought Nizoral at the drugstore. It says its 1% non prescription strength is this the same stuff? I also ordered Tricomin Shampoo, Folligen Therapy Shampoo, Remox Lotion, and Folligen Therapy Conditioner. My propecia is on the way too. I think that should help. These are all Magick69's recommendations by the way. Ill keep you guys updated when I receive it in and if it starts working.
