Is there a safe way to do a liquid CKD?

I'm still without a kitchen for at least another 3 weeks and I'm thinking it would so much easier for me to do a liquid diet. Is it possible to do just consume liquids and still meet the requirements for a CKD?

What are some good places to look for healty shakes and drinks that wiil give me the protein, fats and other nutrients I need to stay healthy while doing a liquid diet?

Also are there any types of oils or supplements I can take to suppress my appetite?

www.proteinfactory.com
you can mix proteins w/ flaxseed in them...
or you can go down to the local health food store and buy a jug of protein and a bottle of flaxseed oil, that should be about the same (dont forget the MCT oil)

Ketosis in itself should blunt hunger...
supplements that will help:
5-HTP
ECA
NYC
FIBER
www.anabolicfitness.com AF store has NYC
www.beyond-a-century.com has Psyllium husk fiber and some elements to the ECA and they have 5-htp

Thanks again X, my wife and I are having a hard time finding meals with the right ratios. I think liquids will work great until we get our kitchen back.
