I have taken creatine on many occasions with great gains. I was wondering if it was necessary to do 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off or whatever the time may be. My question is do you need an off period from creatine, or could you just take it year round.
Since the long term research on creatine use over long periods of time is virtually nil, I would cycle it, just to be safe. I do it, and most do I suppose.
