Is there a product that can help keep the nips hard?

I have mild gyno since puberty,puffy nips when its warm out,I don't like it at all,much more prefer whem the nips are hard,you know like when its cold out,or coming out of the water.Is there a product,a cream of some sort than can be applied to help keep the nips hard on hot summer days?
