is the anabolic diet too good to be true?

I tried Atkins in the past, and stuck to it for quite a while before giving in.

But now I have a better motivation to get in shape, and can see myself making Anabolic a lifestyle instead of just a diet. What kind of results have you guys seen on this? What really has me curious is the fact that it builds lean muscle & mimics the effects of anabolic steroids.

This is gonna label me as a spazz, but here it goes. Do anabolics actually help build some muscle, even without lifting weights? Dont get me wrong, im still gonna lift, but i have a lot of fat to get rid of, so I'll be doing a lot of cardio as well. Itd just be nice to know if the anabolics will give me an edge to counteract what the cardio will be doing to the muscle gains.
 
The key is sugar intake ... all kinds including flour products. If you pull most of your sugar products out and up your proteins and vegs, you'll get scary lean with veins popping.

Build muscle without working out? I would guess you'd get a more "physical" look from the effect of more androgenics in your system.
 
steroids arent going to give you anything more than bad side effects if you dont use them right. this involves diet, training, and recovery also. it is 24/7. being that you are just starting out means you have a good few years of learning and growing to do first. post your training in detail and a typical days food in detail and maybe we can help.
