I'm starting to diet early this year. My diet is the basic 6 -7 meals/day. Egg whites, oats, tuna...etc. Cardio4x/week.
I was thinking of keeping it simple and just running Enanthate at 500mg/week. I don't bloat very much at that dose..I don't care anyways if I hold a little water as I plan to be off this summer any ways. Will 500mg/test be enough to maintain my lean muscle? I have access to Eq and tren as well...but wanna keep them for another cycle. Just wondering if Test will do the trick...I don't wanna give up too much muscle on a diet.
