Is Test E 250mg a week enough?

I have been on about 500mg a week for the past month. I like it but have read a few places that 250mg a week is plenty and just fine. I am not trying to get huge anymore... just trying to keep my size + a couple more lbs. Right now I am at 6'5 215.
I used to do over gram a week between 750mg of test and 500mg of tren. I got great results and would reach 230lbs but I am not looking for all that again. I would like to stay around 220 this time. Not knowing how only 250mg a week will affect me, I am a bit scared I will be wasting my time.
I do about 20 minutes of running every morning for cardio and it has definitely helped compared to being 230lbs with no cardio. I eat right but dont take in many calories (2000-3000) at the moment due to funds but will be in the coming weeks (3500-4000).
 
Are you looking to stay on forever?? If you are 215 and wanting to stay at around 220 that is pretty close to me. Maybe you could stay at 250mg EW for another month then do a propper PCT and you should be happy. You wont gain a ton of water weight and as long as your diet is in check it should do you good.

I am at the end of my cycle and am running exactly that (250 per week) for the last month...I feel great! I honestly never want to come off, but I dont want to shut my ass down permanently either...250 is plenty for what your trying to achieve IMO, and I can respect the decision your making not to get too greedy with the AAS and "more is MORE" attitude. Great job bro

215lbs at 6foot 5 inches is really not close to being big enough to warrant any steroid use and this is while you are already on 500mgs of test/week?

Seriously, train right, diet right, rest right and then think about other things mate.

As for not being that big... my natural blueprint has always been around 190 to 200lbs. I was always the thinner guy but never looked sick skinny. I have already put on about 10 lbs since the first of the month but only looking to put on about 5 to 10 more lbs. Honestly the juice is what keeps my weight up. I have tried everything and it is the only thing that works. Trust me I wouldn't mind being stupid big at 6'5 260lbs but at this point I just dont think that is practical. I just wanna maintain what I got now all year long.

250mg is more than enough - i was 200lb at the time and still grew off that

i still don't go over 300mg when fully on

I remember when I peaked around 280 with 15% I would be eating 8 times a day and if I would skip a single meal I would get the most painful of pains in my stomach. It felt like I was going to die!!!

i still eat 8 times a day out of habit. just not as much. i only need about 5000cals to maintain now.
 
6'5 and 215 probably looks pretty thin. Ive got two bros that are your height. One is about 260 and not really that big and the other always lies, but we think he might have hit 4 bills once. If you want to be impressed, you should go to the buffet with this guy??!! Fucking Animal just plate after plate, but than he won't eat for a day.
 
I got pretty swole on only 300mg of test per week(not stacked, took it solo). Really, I couldn't even hide the fact I was juicing on just that much.

6 ft 5 u should at least be 260lbs

yeah thats actually pretty disturbing, but he doesn't really puke from just eating, but he does when he drinks a shit load of beers. Gets blood shot eyes from puking so much.
 
250mgs a week is a bit light even for me and I always have used smaller amounts then most. My favorite dose is 400-500mgs every 6 days. That has always worked great for me with cyp or enenthate.

That also has to do with BF%, the length of the persons limbs, their individual bone structure, ect, ect.
If you look like a non trainer at 220 while being under 6 foot tall, then you likely have too high of a bodyfat percentage to SHOW the muscles you have.

And to the first question, yes, 250 mgs would be plenty for most trainers to grow off of. But you said that you had done some VERY high doses, so your receptors might not respond as well as they would have had you done smaller dosages. I still believe it would though.
