I have been on about 500mg a week for the past month. I like it but have read a few places that 250mg a week is plenty and just fine. I am not trying to get huge anymore... just trying to keep my size + a couple more lbs. Right now I am at 6'5 215.
I used to do over gram a week between 750mg of test and 500mg of tren. I got great results and would reach 230lbs but I am not looking for all that again. I would like to stay around 220 this time. Not knowing how only 250mg a week will affect me, I am a bit scared I will be wasting my time.
I do about 20 minutes of running every morning for cardio and it has definitely helped compared to being 230lbs with no cardio. I eat right but dont take in many calories (2000-3000) at the moment due to funds but will be in the coming weeks (3500-4000).
