Is runing low nolva while on cycle bad?

My question is that i am prone to gyno. So would it be bad if i run 10mg nolva with 500mg sust a week and 30 mg dbol a day? and why? but if i dont run nolva i get itchy nips and a lump

I've run nolva on cycles but what I dont like is that you hold water because you dont lower your estrogen level just block the receptors with nolvadex. So it is better to take aromasin or adex

Yes. It also can cause a estrogen rebound after the cycle because of this reason.
