Is Rugby League Tougher Than Gridiron?

Just curious about how many of you yanks would play League if you had the chance? Being that you don't wear all the armour and helmets and stuff in league.

Never played Rugby,but from what I've seen,it certainly looks like you would be much more open to injuries with no pads and protection.Those dudes are some tough mo-fo's.

Bah Rugby league sucks, Rugby Union is the toughtest game on the planet,ask me I know,Ive been in the bottom of many a maul or ruck
