I don't think you can rent that anymore. I heard Arnold bought the rights to it and took it off the shelves because it shows him tokin' in the ganja.

Orange, I rented Pumping Iron at Blockbuster about a year ago....but, it probably depends on the store. I heard Arnold say that HBO was going to show a NEW 3 part series of Pumping Iron (the original pumping iron movie, out takes of the original, and an updated one with the new bodybuilders). Supposedly, it was then going to be made into a DVD but I haven't heard anything in a few months. You might be able to find something on his website though.
