This is my average diet, please critique.

I am 5-11 195

Breakfast- bowl of cereal, yogurt, PB&J and a protein shake.

Brunch- Pure protein bar.

Lunch- whatever protein I can get a hold of (chicken sandwich, BBQ beef, fish, beef burrito, etc.)

Snack- good sized turkey sandwich.

Dinner- lots of protein no carbs (ground beef, stake, chicken. and a protein shake.


I did notice that my waist has gone up at least 1"

damn bro.. on lunch while bulking I'd eat 3-4 of those.. along with a protein shake (only 20 grams in the shake)

The amps I received are clear glass amps with yellow and red bands on the top of the neck and a white band at the break point of the amp. I checked them against the scans that I have found around and they look exactly like the scans. Could they be good fakes? hope not...
