Is my test E vial still usable?

I have a left over test E vial that I pinned only twice that is less than year old. It has been sitting in a safe in bubble wrap since my last cycle around a year ago.

Question is...there are two holes from when I pinned it twice in the top of the vial and its been a while, could it be toxic or filled with germs? Is it worth the risk? Is there any way to sterilize it?

I'm not the kind of guy thats just gonna go inject it after I get told its not a good idea, so I'm actually looking to hear from vets and their knowledge on the subject.

Keep in mind, I really can't afford to "risk" something, I have a full-time job and I'm really not trying to get an infection. Just looking for opinions from knowledgeable bros.
