Is my sust legit?

I need a little help in finding out if my sust is the real thing. It is Organon Sustenon 250. It comes in a clear bottle with three rings around the top. The first is red, then yellow, and white around the neck. The label is white with black writing. It has the 4 different tests writen on the label and how many mg the amp contains. On the side running vertically it has two numbers. Val. ate: 2005-09 and Lote: 346901. I have found pics on the E2 page that look similiar but I am not sure if they are the same. please help me out if you can.
