is my GH ruined?

I've got a small cooler which normally holds 2-4C (normal fridge temp). I forgot to close the window to the room where the cooler is, and since the outside temp at night here is like -15C the temp in the cooler got way below 0. The cooler had three boxes of 20x10iu jintropin vials and one was reconstituted. The vial that was reconstituded had actually frozen a little. The temperature was below 0 for 24 hours max before. Is the unconstituded vials ruined you think?

I'm pretty sure freezing gh ruins it. It shouldn't have become unsafe however, You can always try some and see if you get any of the gh sides to confirm if it's still gh.

freezing does not change molecular structure. However, heat does by denaturing proteins/atoms and things of that sort. Remember the old chemistry slogan "atoms cannot be created nor destroyed, only rearranged.
