Is losing 3% bf possible in 6wks? I am 6ft 201lbs but i am at 12% bf. I was wanting to get down into the single digits in 6wks is this physically possible?

easily attainable, just have to be very strict on your diet and cardio. AM cardio on an empty stomach, as well as, postworkout Cardio while running a calorie deficit is the key. Keep your protein intake high and keep carb intake limited to postworkout, or while your Humalog is active (if I remember correctly thats what your using)

yeah i am at 4iu's pwo now. Besides pumps I still havent felt any of the sides from slin. Thank GOD :verygood: I will only be running it for 2 wks and then i am using it pct w/some igf as well to try and keep any and all lbm attained during my 6wk fat blasting period

well it can be done. 2 years ago i dieted down this is what it looked like

1 breakfast 6 eggwhites half a orange with scoop of whey mixed in water
2 am snack 2 scoops of whey in skim milk
3 lunch one can of low sodium albacore tuna with half a orange
4 pm snack 2 scoops of whey in skim milk
5 dinner a serving of tuna, chicken or steak to equal 50 grams of protien
6 night snack 3 scoops of whey mixed in skim milk

i took vitamin and mineral complex along with flaxseed oil and Cla.
i ate no breads no pastas of complex carbs no candy no ice cream nothing, when i felt a little light headed i would eat some simple sugar such as a orange or grapefruit to get sugar back into my bloodstream fast.I also drank almost 2 gallons of water a day did am cardio and worked out in the afternoon along with more cardio after the work oust only about 15 minutes. Also after weight training i would ingest a simple sugar such as a table spoon of honey with my after work out protien drink.

it was not for a show but a event i wanted to look good for and the day of the event i ate a baked potato with honey and it really blew me up becuase i was feeling flat before.i would suggest doing maybe 200mgs of deca or 400mgs of primo and start it 8 weeks out then go the restricted calorie diet at week 6 after the drugs are already in your system.

following a that diet above is the only way i have ever been down to single diget body fat went from 12% down to 7% in 8 weeks but i also lost muscle
well to think about it a little more i prob didnt lose much muscle at all i just thought i had more muscle but relized how much of it was actually fat

You have 24lbs of fat on your body right now. To get to 8% BF (a respectable single digit number), you'll need to design your diet to lose ~8lbs of fat over the course of 6 weeks.

What that really means is:

3500 (calories in a pound of fat) X 8 (pounds of fat to lose) = 28000 total deficit required.

28000 calories / 42 days = 667 calories deficit per day

Plan on a 667 calorie deficit from your daily required intake over a period of 42 days.

Hope this helps...

I would strave on this!!! damn, that some dedication

Last year I lost 28lbs in 7 weeks.

When I was in my teens I lost 30 in a month. My classmates were in virtual shock - they though I had cancer. I was a fat ass that read up on sports nutrition over the summer and came back the next year totally buff. (I wish I had now 10% of the drive I had back then.)

Vacularity hit it right on the head:
