Most people who come here (ef chat), come for entertainment only. Or seems like it. I mean look at strongmo's threads 10+ pages full of shit. Then look at plunkey's threads about current events, they don't even get to second page unless pick3 posts

I don't mean to pull a bakemeapessimist but it's mostly in US. When I talk to my younger (17yr old) cousin who lives in Italy, I'm amazed. She is up to date with everything that's going on in the world. She can talk about the war, N/S Korea situation ...etc
I don't know how they do it overseas but whatever it is, is much better than our system.

I picked up a local paper the other day ( yes, i read newspapers ) ..first page, Foxy Brown makes news. Some bs story about her agent and her, meanwhile real news is towards the middle. Media plays a big role.
